As with all hand-poured candles, variations in color and pour patterns may occur. These natural inconsistencies are part of the handmade process and add to the unique character of each piece. You may also notice frosting on the surface of your candle—a crystalline effect that occurs naturally with soy wax. This is completely normal and does not affect the candle's performance or burn quality.
Care & Maintenance
For best results with your soy wax candle, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn to prevent excessive smoking and ensure an even melt pool.
Allow the wax to melt completely across the top surface during the first burn—this typically takes 2-4 hours depending on candle size.
Burn for no more than 4 hours at a time, and always keep the candle away from drafts, fans, and direct sunlight to maintain the fragrance and prevent uneven burning. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
WARNING: Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it out of reach of children and pets. If soot builds up on the container, gently wipe the glass with a damp cloth while the candle is cool.
